My name is Thang Trang. I work alongside my brother, Nhan Trang at the newly opened State Farm Agency located at 776 Farmington Ave. West Hartford, CT 06119. I grew up and live in the area with my wife and three children. My siblings, parents and in-laws live nearby as well.
Before working at State Farm Agency, I worked for CVS Caremark from October 2007 to November 2020. I started as an Assistant Manager Trainee and moved up to a Store Manager. I worked at many CVS branches and helped drive the customer service scores and store numbers high before earning a managerial level.
The pandemic had made me realize the importance of family, so I wanted to change my working life to consistent hours - I used the knowledge and skills that I learned from retail to help support my brother at State Farm Agency.
